Role Summary:
- Lead and support business analysis to ensure effective delivery of software and operational solutions.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and actionable plans.
- Facilitate collaboration and communication between U.S. stakeholders and distributed development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows for development teams.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and stakeholder communication.
- Track delivery progress, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Support quality, process improvements, and operational alignment.
Technical Skills & Tools:
- Business analysis in software delivery environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with requirement and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Ability to create clear documentation and workflow diagrams.

Key Activities:
Requirements Definition: Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements to inform planning and execution.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Facilitate communication between U.S. stakeholders, product leadership, and distributed delivery teams.
Delivery Oversight & Risk Management: Monitor delivery progress, track risks/dependencies, and support corrective actions.
Process & Quality Support: Support improvements in delivery processes, quality, and collaboration standards.
