We are looking for a motivated and talented Testing Lead to join our dynamic team.
Employment Type: Full-Time (Contract)
Lead and coordinate testing efforts to ensure delivery of high-quality software. Define testing approaches, oversee manual and automated testing activities, and work closely with development and product teams to identify and resolve issues early.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans for functional, regression, performance, and API testing.
- Perform and oversee manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and API platforms.
- Track and report defects; collaborate to drive timely resolution.
- Integrate testing into development and delivery workflows.
- Mentor and support testing team members and advocate quality best practices.
Technical Skills & Tools:
- Testing of web and API-based systems.
- Familiarity with at least one test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
- Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman).
- Comfortable working with CI/CD systems (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Basic scripting ability for test automation (python, SQL).
- Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies, including iterative development and continuous testing practices.

Key Activities:
Test Planning & Strategy
Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies that define what to test, how to test, and when to test.
Execution & Validation: Coordinate and oversee manual and automated test execution; ensure coverage across functional, regression, performance, and API testing.
Defect Tracking & Reporting: Identify, log, and track defects; collaborate with development teams to drive timely resolution and improve quality.
Team Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate testing into delivery workflows and provide guidance to testers.
Process & Continuous Improvement: Support enhancements in testing practices, tools, and automation to increase efficiency and quality outcomes.
