We are looking for a motivated and talented Sr. Project/Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team. This position offers an opportunity to contribute hands-on experience, mentor junior professionals, and contribute to meaningful projects.

Experience Level: Senior-Level (10–15+ years of experience in project or program management)
We are seeking an experienced Sr Project / Delivery Manager to oversee cross-functional delivery efforts, partner closely with engineering and product teams, and drive excellence across multiple complex programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery & Program Leadership
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex software programs with clear milestones, scope, and success criteria.
Own delivery timelines, status reporting, and risk mitigation across assigned initiatives.
Drive operational predictability through structured processes, metrics, and proactive communication.
Coordinate across Product, Engineering, QA, Architecture, and Customer Delivery teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with U.S. and global engineering leadership to ensure seamless execution across distributed teams.
Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning ceremonies.
Maintain strong alignment with Product on prioritization, tradeoffs, and roadmap impacts.
Support customer-facing delivery leads with technical updates, schedules, and escalation management.
Quality & Process Management
Champion best practices in Agile delivery, documentation, quality assurance, and release readiness.
Help enforce compliance, security, and healthcare regulatory standards throughout the development lifecycle (HIPAA, HITECH, etc.).
Contribute to continuous improvement through retrospectives, process optimization, and tooling enhancements.
Team Support & Leadership
Provide guidance and structure to engineering and cross-functional teams to keep workstreams unblocked and predictable.
Foster a collaborative, accountable, and transparent working environment.
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and mentoring of delivery or project management resources as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
10–15+ years of experience in project or program management within IT, software development, or healthcare technology.
Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-team software delivery programs.
Experience working with distributed teams across time zones (U.S. + offshore).
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC best practices.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
Strong ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize, and make informed tradeoffs.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare IT, payer systems, EHR/EMR systems, or interoperability (FHIR, HL7).
Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe.
Background supporting compliance-driven development (HIPAA, HITECH).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) or modern application architectures.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
